Unix archive support

Adds support for reading from Unix Tape Archives (.TAR), gzip files (.GZ), and bzip2 files (.BZ2).

Version 1.8 highlights: Changed archive stats to report the modification timestamp of the archive itself instead of each file's own modification time as contained in the archive, which fixes Media Library rescanning archives on every startup or manual rescan.
