- Made automatic termination of stuck ASIO drivers optional.
- Fixed audio glitching when running out of data to play. Note that this needs new foobar2000 (that is newer than 2.24.1) to work properly with extremely low buffer sizes.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
