Made title formatting date functions not throw C++ exceptions when fed input they can't process.
Improved handling of AAC radio streams that have both ID3 tags and icy metadata.

Fixed a problem with yesterday's HTTP bug fix that broke adding whole local folders, by drag&drop etc.

Amended WavPack in Matroska interaction with Verifier.
Added advanced preferences toggle for alternate multi-value MP4 tag storage - more compatible with specific apps but less compatible with others. Old versions of foobar2000 read both schemes.

Fixed a bug that made exotic FLAC configurations unplayable if muxed into Ogg/Matroska/MP4.
Fixed failure to resume internet radio streams after specific patterns of connection issues.
Made Verifier detect multichapter files with FLAC-style audio MD5, now prompts to scan as whole.

Re-enabled decoding of xHE-AAC thru alternate decoders, as FFmpeg decoder is still buggy. This means aac_at decoding on Mac OS.
Mac: Cleaned up external FFmpeg decoder preferences.
Media Library made properly keep track of enabled decoders list; made remember which decoder was used for each file, so only affected files will be reloaded after uninstalling or disabling of specific decoder.
Media Library added 'clean flag' to know if a rescan of specific folder actually completed; fixes upgrading from foobar2000 v1.x with no scan-on-startup folders becoming empty.
Mac: Properties dialog properly allows multi-line fields.
Windows: Properties dialog no longer garbles lyrics etc with Unix style line endings.
Mac: Album List preferences allows multi-line patterns.

Made Media Library not touch files with .bak, .bk, .off extensions, in addition to .tmp and .temp which were already ignored before.
Fixed UPnP streaming crash.
Added an option to suppress detection of renamed files, overriding new v2.0+ behavior of recognizing common music formats with wrong extension.
Fixed startup crash if importing malformed foobar2000 v1.x configuration.
Windows: Made ARM reported correctly in crash report OS version field (was "x64" before).
