In folder browsing mode, "add to playlist" now expands multi chapter files into separate playlist items.
Made "add to playlist" operations more useful: destination playlist is automatically shown without having to navigate all the way up; can delete/rename playlists directly from the menu.
Android: Enabled access to folders via Storage Access Framework extensions, such has third party APKs enabling SMB or cloud storage access.
