Video Game Music Decoder

foo_input_vgel is a decoder component that adds playback for chiptune and game-music formats via two engines: the native cores in Game_Music_Emu (CPU-emulated) and the VGMPlay multi-chip engine (register-logged). It is based on foo_gep and overlaps functionality with foo_input_gme.
Supported formats are AY, GBS, GYM, HES, KSS, NSF/NSFE, SAP, SGC, SPC/SFM, and VGM, plus the compressed containers RSN, VGZ, and VGM7Z.

- Supports dark mode for its Preferences page and configuration dialogs.
- Includes 32-bit and 64-bit x86 component variants as well as ARM64EC.
- Tested on foobar2000 v2.25.10 (x86 64-bit) and Microsoft Windows 11 (Build 26200).
- Requires Windows 10 or later.
- GPL, LGPL and MAME source code included inside "foo_input_vgel.fb2k-component".
