Replace FluidSynth with BASSMIDI again. This is slightly regrettable, if only because it's replacing FOSS with proprietary software, but BASSMIDI is a way better implementation, and definitely way more stable.
Fix a heap overrun in the playback code's leftover samples handler
Fix the filtering subsystem to work properly

Supported processor architecture: x86 32-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
