A simple Dynamic Range meter based on DR estimation formula published by https://dr.loudness-war.info/.

Fixed UTF8 characters in track titles causing misalignment for new multichannel album stats.
Added option to write per-channel stats even for stereo albums.

Supported processor architectures: x86 32-bit, x86 64-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
