ReplayGain DSP

Detects when being used with converter (requires foobar2000 v2.1+) and automatically disables track scan time limits. Converter mode can also be manually activated since some wrappers remove the required flags to detect this.
Added some missing exception checks to prevent too high peak from crashing the player.

Supported systems: Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
